Terms & Conditions – Noya’s Jewelry
Welcome to Noya’s Jewelry, a boutique for handmade, custom-designed jewelry. Use of this website, Instagram, or WhatsApp for purchasing jewelry is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- General
1.1. These Terms define conditions of use, purchase, return, and service.
1.2. All jewelry is handmade from quality materials: Sterling Silver (925), 14K gold plating (3–5 microns), solid 9k or 14k gold (custom orders only), and natural gemstones.
1.3. The store is owned and operated by Noya Margulis.
1.4. Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, or Instagram @noyasjewelryy.
- Products
2.1. All jewelry is handcrafted with attention to detail and finish.
2.2. Images are for illustration purposes only; minor variations in color, proportions, or details may occur due to handmade production.
2.3. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
- Orders & Payment
3.1. Payment is required in advance via PayPal or credit card.
3.2. An order is confirmed only once payment and personal confirmation by Noya are received.
3.3. Production time: up to 20 business days for in-stock designs; up to 5 weeks for custom orders.
- Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellation before shipping:
4.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours – free of charge.
4.2. Cancellation after 24 hours will incur a fee of 5% of the order value or 27 USD, whichever is higher.
4.3. If the order has already shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
4.4. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp.
4.5. Noya reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, with full refund.
Returns (non-defective products):
4.6. Items may be returned within 14 days if:
– Unused and unworn
– Returned in original packaging
– Return shipping covered by customer
*Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns, including the cost of sending the item back to us and the shipping of the replacement item.
Returns (defective products):
4.7. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
4.8. Items must be returned unused in original packaging and will be inspected.
4.9. Only manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement/refund.
Non-returnable items:
4.10. Custom orders (including sizes, engravings, stone/color choices) and solid gold jewelry are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Shipping
5.1. Shipping is available by registered mail or courier service.
5.2. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days in Israel and 10-12 business days worldwide (delays may occur due to postal services).
5.3. Noya’s Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers unless an insured option was chosen.
- Warranty & Care
6.1. Warranty: 1 year, covering manufacturing defects only.
6.2. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
– Water (shower, pool, sea)
– Perfumes, creams, or cleaning agents
– Improper storage or friction with other jewelry
– Drops, scratches, or careless handling
– Natural wear and tear
6.3. Care instructions:
– Remove before sleeping, showering, or activity
– Store separately in a soft, closed box
– Avoid humidity and chemicals
– Clean only with a dry soft cloth
- Custom Orders
7.1. Available via private discussion with Noya on Instagram or WhatsApp.
7.2. Production time: 3–5 weeks depending on design and workload.
7.3. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
7.4. Pricing is set in advance based on design and materials.
